Terms and Conditions

Overseas Education and Career Counselling Exhibition (“Event”)

1. The promotional period of this event is from April 18, 2024, to May 1, 2024, inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
2. This event is conducted by The Cyclopes Limited (“The Company”) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
3. Under these terms and conditions, this event is only applicable to persons (“Eligible Students”) who: (a) are Hong Kong residents with a valid Hong Kong identity card; (b) have a valid Hong Kong student ID; (c) are natural persons (i.e., companies, etc. cannot participate); and (d) meet all standards of this event throughout the Promotional Period. Anyone violating applicable laws and regulations or involved in actual or potential conflicts of interest (including those organizing or executing this event) is not eligible to participate. By participating in this event, applicants agree to provide personal identification documents to The Company, including but not limited to a valid copy of the applicant’s Hong Kong identity card. Failure to provide the required documents as requested by The Company will result in disqualification from this event.
4. In compliance with these terms and conditions, each eligible student will be able to receive a HKD 50 book coupon (“Reward”) during the event. Eligible students must agree and acknowledge that they have no right to receive any monetary payments, compensation, reimbursements, or other alternative or related rewards from The Company.
5. Students must register to attend the event between April 18, 2024, and May 1, 2024, and present a valid Hong Kong student ID on the event day to claim the reward. The Company has the sole right to determine if a student meets the reward requirements.
6. This promotional event is limited to the first 100 applicants, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each student can only receive one reward.
7. The Company's decision regarding any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or terminate this event at any time without prior notice. The Company assumes no responsibility for such amendments or termination.
9. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any eligible user who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the event, engages in abuse, fraud, or fraudulent activities related to this event, makes false statements or representations, or violates applicable laws or regulations. If disqualified, any rewards may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed. If eligible students are found to violate these terms, all obtained rewards will be revoked and reclaimed, without affecting other rights and remedies available to The Company.
10. This event is conducted in Hong Kong. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law, and all eligible students agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
11. The event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
