Cyclopes UCAS Application Campaign (the “Programme”)

1. The promotional period of the Programme is from 8 September 2023 – 31 January 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
2. The Programme is offered by The Cyclopes Limited (the “Company”) in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
3. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Programme is offered exclusively to any person who: (a) is a Hong Kong resident having a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; (b) is a natural person (i.e. companies are not eligible to enter); and (c) fulfils all the criteria for the Programme during the entirety of the Promotional Period (the “Eligible Applicant”). Any person who acts in breach of applicable laws and regulations or who has an actual or potential conflict of interest (including person involved in setting up or running this Programme) cannot participate in the Programme. Applicant agrees to provide documentary proof of eligibility to participate in the Programme, including without limitation a copy of the applicant’s valid Hong Kong Identity Card. Failure to provide all necessary documentary proof of eligibility as required at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company will render the applicant ineligible to participate in the Programme.
4. Subject to these terms and conditions: Each Eligible Applicant will get his/her UCAS application fee 100% paid for by Cyclopes during the Promotion Period (“Reward”). The Company will pay the application fee directly to UCAS when it submits the application on behalf of the Eligible Applicant and the Eligible Applicant agrees and acknowledges that they shall not be entitled to any monetary payment, compensation, reimbursement or award from the Company whatsoever whether in lieu of the Reward or otherwise.
5. To qualify for the UCAS application fee waiver, all UCAS applications must be completed and submitted through Cyclopes within the Promotional Period. The Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines whether or not the UCAS applications qualify for the Reward.
6. This promotion is subject to a quota of the first 200 applicants on a first-come first-served basis, which will be determined based on the time the Eligible Applicant completes their UCAS application and confirms that Cyclopes may submit the Eligible Applicant's UCAS application on its behalf.
7. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
8. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. The Company accepts no liability for any such change or termination.
9. The Company reserves the right to exclude an Eligible Applicant who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Programme, engages in abusive, deceitful or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Programme or makes false representations or statements or violates any applicable law or regulations. If an Eligible Applicant is excluded, any offer or Reward may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed and the Eligible Applicant agrees that he/she shall compensate the Company an amount equivalent to the sum of the application fee paid by the Company to UCAS, without prejudice to other rights or remedies Company may have.
10. The Programme is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each Eligible Applicant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
