His professional journey took him to various locations worldwide, including London, Singapore, Shanghai, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. With over a decade of dedicated service in the international education field, Wayne has held pivotal roles, notably as a regional director for some of the largest global education groups. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to numerous esteemed British and American institutions, specializing in student recruitment affairs. In his prior positions, he adeptly managed and supervised all facets of sales and marketing activities across the dynamic Asian landscape.

Annie had over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, corporate trainer and higher education administrator in Hong Kong and Singapore. In the past 15 years, she headed up admissions of local students at two of the eight UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong. She has an in-depth understanding of the local education scene and of university admissions via both JUPAS and Non-JUPAS channels, and has supported thousands of students and their parents in navigating the complexities of planning and applying for admissions to Hong Kong and overseas schools and universities. Annie holds a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore, a post-graduate Diploma in Education, a Master’s degree as well as a Doctor of Education from the University of Bristol. A life-long leaner, she is completing a Master degree in Counselling to provide individualized support to students in critical transitions in their academic and life journey.
