Founder
Herman was President and Executive Director of Gridsum, a NASDAǪ listed AI / big data company in China. Prior to that he was Chief Investment Officer for the public market strategies at Pacific Alliance Group (PAG), one of Asia’s largest alternative investment management firms. Herman received a Master of Science from Stanford, and a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley.

Wayne Cao
General Manager
Throughout his upbringing, Wayne was exceptionally fortunate to be exposed to diverse education systems in both the UK and the United States, deriving immense benefits from his global educational background. Upon completing his Master's Degree in Management from the University of Leeds, Wayne embarked on his career in International Education. His professional journey took him to various locations worldwide, including London, Singapore, Shanghai, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. With over a decade of dedicated service in the international education field, Wayne has held pivotal roles, notably as a regional director for some of the largest global education groups. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to numerous esteemed British and American institutions, specializing in student recruitment affairs. In his prior positions, he adeptly managed and supervised all facets of sales and marketing activities across the dynamic Asian landscape.

Anson is a highly responsible and devoted individual who has pursued in the education field for more than 10 years. He pursued his Master’s Degree in Education at University of Birmingham and is utmost acquainted with United Kingdom, Hong Kong and China education systems, especially UK boarding schools and tertiary education curriculum. Anson is now ceremoniously placed as the Head of Counselling to diligently conduce to parents and students applying for Oxbridge, G5 institutions and Medicine related programmes, HK Non-Jupas, AUS Group of Eight, US and Switzerland. Over the years, Anson has successfully placed 500+ students to their dedicated schools and universities.
