In the case of language requirements not being met immediately (e.g., IELTS 5.5), the Institution reserves the right to provide or request the student to participate in an intensive full-time course before the beginning of the first term. Exceptions to the submissions of a proof of English can apply, for example in case the prospective student has previously studied for at least one year in the UK (in the past 5 years) or has studied at high school level in English. The English language requirements are a guide, and some students may have achieved qualifications in their country of study, taught in English that provides suitable proof of English proficiency.
